Thomas and Tom have been nothing short of incredible as a team. When I used to work with a GC our goal was to be the "easy button" for our client and these two have more than exceeded that expectation. Both of these guys take ownership from start to finish and see the job through to the end. It's very refreshing to have two guys that are comfortable working with the tenant and have developed their own relationships with the Pepsi team. My hat is off to both of these guys for all of the hard work they've put in over the past year up in Dayton.
